    Bening Ahmed is an ardent Pan Africanist and a Regional leader who is self-motivated with a firm resolve to break new grounds. A solid team player with deep understanding of Africa’s developmental challenges.An advocate for Africa’s rapid integration and full commitment to AU Agenda 2063.

     He has great interest in Politics, Youth development,community mobilization, field work, Geo-politics, Creativity, Research, and Building Networks.

    He is a commonwealth youth leader and multiple award winner in Africa

    Mr Ahmed Bening is currently the Deputy Secretary General for the Pan African Youth Union (PYU). He has also served on several international committees including the task team for the Commonwealth Youth Forum in London, Member of International Organizing Committees of three successive world youth festivals, Russia 2017, Ecuador 2013 and South Africa 2010.

    Between 2013-2015, he served as Secretary General of West Africa Youth Organization.  He has served as vice president of Africa Speaks a Pan African institution based in South Africa and Deputy Commissioner for Great Run Africa.

    He served as Programs Director at the All Africa Students Union, Education and democratization Secretary for the National Union of Ghana Students.

    Mr. Bening has extensive travel experience across the world and has visited over 48 countries within Africa and beyond engaging and mobilizing young people.

    He is committed to youth empowerment, Africa’s rapid growth and sustainable development. He is committed to an Africa beyond aid and rhetorics. He believes PanAfricanism as a driving force for Africa’s rapid Socio-Economic development.
